Cofers raised its first round of $1M led by Mexico's Cracks Fund with Spanish investors BStartup 10 (Banco Sabadell), JME Ventures and Draper B1 participating, to automate corporate treasury tasks such as bank reconciliation and cash-flow forecasting. Note on HQ: the company is incorporated in Spain as Cofers Technologies SL in Barcelona but its founding team and commercial focus are in Mexico City, so Spanish HQ status is arguable.
