Barcelona-based Memorae AI raised a $2 million seed round led by Mucker Capital to build a persistent memory layer for people, teams and AI agents. The company says it reached roughly $2.5M ARR, over 200,000 users and 30 million processed messages in its first twelve months, and will invest in memory architecture, integrations and agentic orchestration.
