HR tech startup Emocional, which uses deep learning, computer vision and NLP to detect employees' emotional state and recommend wellbeing measures, raised €400K from Redarbor in exchange for a 10% stake, with BackFund and BCombinator also involved and an additional €160K of ENISA financing. The founders said they were preparing a roughly €3M seed round for later in 2023.
