Webel, a Madrid marketplace app offering more than 30 home services (cleaning, beauty, tutoring, pet care), closed a €555,000 convertible note led by Estonian fund Trind VC. The instrument was oversubscribed by more than 100% over the €500,000 initially sought, and CEO Nacho Tejero said the money should take the company to operational profitability ahead of a larger round.
