Geodesic, which has developed a chemical-free electroporation technology to disinfect and regenerate water for pools, spas, cooling towers and food processing, announced a €3 million capital increase subscribed by existing shareholders and new investors, none of whom were named. The company described it as the first phase of a planned €5 million raise, with a second €2 million tranche foreseen for the second half of 2023.
