Infinity Metals (formerly Infinity Lithium Corporation, renamed August 2025) is an ASX-listed (INF) exploration and development company, not a VC-backed startup. It holds a 75% interest in the San José hard-rock lithium project in Extremadura, Spain (via subsidiary Extremadura New Energies/TEL, partnered with Valoriza Minería), and 100% of gold-silver projects in Victoria, Australia. As a public company its capital comes from ASX share placements and strategic/government grants (e.g. an EIT InnoEnergy commitment and an €18.8M grant), not private VC rounds.
