HealthTech Innovations S.L. is a 2024 spin-off of the Germans Trias i Pujol Research Institute (IGTP) that builds a modular technology platform to make hospital operating rooms safer and more efficient, with a focus on relieving surgical nursing and sterilisation staff of repetitive tasks. Its flagship product, MedVision Pro, is an AI computer-vision counter that recognises surgical instruments and gauzes by image, alongside HealthPro VR (virtual reality for patient experience) and collaborative-robotics modules. In November 2025 it raised €800,000 led by Grow Venture Partners via the FITA Fund, with ICF's IFEM Prova de Concepte instrument participating. It is based in Badalona/Barcelona.
