Public financial institution owned by the Government of Catalonia, founded in 1985, that finances the Catalan business community through loans, guarantees and venture capital. Its venture capital arm, ICF Capital, invests directly in Catalan tech startups and growth-stage SMEs (from proof-of-concept through Series B) and also invests in independent third-party VC funds, having backed over 100 companies since 2002.
