Vytrus Biotech, which develops plant stem cell-derived active ingredients for cosmetics, closed a €2.4 million capital round led by Zamit Capital (a GVC Gaesco-managed vehicle) ahead of its planned listing on BME Growth. The deal also partly renewed the shareholder base — IUCT Empren exited after nine years while ICF and the Perfumerías Julia family office stayed in — so parts of it were cash-out rather than new money, and no venture stage was given.
