Zamit Capital is a Barcelona-based private equity vehicle managed by GVC Gaesco Alternative Investments, the alternative investment manager of the GVC Gaesco financial group, and backed mainly by family offices and business families. Launched in 2019, it takes minority stakes of 10–35% in established, well-managed Spanish SMEs and family businesses with EBITDA of €2–5M, to fund growth or buy out existing shareholders across multiple sectors. Its first fund, Zamit I (€22M), backed European Flyers, Saigu Cosmetics, Okticket and Vacway, and exited Vytrus Biotech in 2022. A Zamit Energy compartment focused on established industrial companies acquired 100% of Ascable-Recael, and in 2025 the firm launched Zamit II, a Luxembourg fund targeting €60M.
