Vytrus Biotech, which makes cosmetic active ingredients from plant stem cells, closed a €2.3M operation led by Boyser, the family office linked to one of Fluidra's founding families, to fund its strategic plan of organic growth plus acquisitions toward €12M of revenue by 2027. Of the €2.3M, roughly €1.2M was a new capital increase and €1.1M was existing shareholders selling down; stakes taken include Boyser 6.5%, Zamit Capital 8.5%, Institut Català de Finances 5.8% and Julia Patrimoni 5.4%.
