Boyser is a Barcelona-based single-family office founded in 1988 that manages the assets of the Serra Duffo family, one of the founding families of pool-equipment maker Fluidra. It invests across private equity, venture capital, listed securities, real estate and renewable energy. In venture it makes direct investments and co-investments, including through SPVs, in Spanish and European companies from seed to growth stage. Its portfolio includes Vytrus Biotech, where it led a €1.2M capital increase in 2024, as well as RepScan and Blaine Box.
