SSignaturit
Signaturit is a Barcelona-founded provider of digital transaction management software — electronic and qualified signatures, digital identity verification and KYC onboarding, certified email/SMS delivery, timestamping and long-term digital preservation — delivered as a modular B2B SaaS platform compliant with the EU eIDAS regulation. Founded in 2013, it raised roughly €11M in venture funding through a €7M Series A in 2019, then took a majority growth investment from PSG Equity in 2020 and rolled up Universign (France) and Ivnosys (Spain) to form Signaturit Group. In 2025 it agreed to join Bain Capital-backed Namirial, creating a pan-European DTM platform with ~1,400 employees and ~240,000 customers; it now operates as 'Signaturit Group, a Namirial Company' with offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia and Paris. It is no longer an independent venture-stage startup.
