PSG is a Boston-based growth equity firm, founded in 2014, that partners with lower middle-market software and technology-enabled services companies. It takes majority and minority stakes to support transformational growth and add-on acquisitions, and has offices in Boston, Kansas City, London, Paris, Madrid and Tel Aviv. The firm's recent funds include PSG VI ($6B, 2025), PSG Sequel ($2B, 2025) and PSG Europe II (€2.6B, 2023). It has backed more than 170 platform companies and completed over 550 add-on acquisitions. Its Iberian investments include Madrid-based Nalanda Global, later sold to Once For All, and Lisbon-based Emotion Mobility. Recent exits include SevenRooms (sold to DoorDash), Hostaway (sold to General Atlantic) and Sellsy (sold to TeamSystem).
