Mapal (also known as Mapal Software / Mapal OS) is a Madrid-based SaaS company providing workforce management, business analytics, compliance, online reputation and back-of-house software for the hospitality and food-service industry, serving brands like Burger King, KFC, Starbucks and Five Guys across 40+ countries. Founded in 2008/2012 by the Lurueña family (ex Burger King Spain franchisees), it has grown via acquisitions (Flow Hospitality, GetCompliant, Easilys, Inpulse) and is backed by growth-equity/PE investors PSG Equity and, since Feb 2025, Eurazeo (majority stake).
