Founded in 2025 by three repeat Spanish founders (Colvin, Cobee, Nucoro), it raised a ~€6.4M/$7.5M seed led by Visionaries Club in September 2025 and a $21M (≈€18.1M) Series A led by Dawn Capital announced 14 June 2026, bringing total funding to roughly $28.6M. Customers cited publicly include YUM! Brands (KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell) and Poke; the team is hub-centric across Madrid and Barcelona.
