Endeavor Catalyst is a New York-based, rules-based co-investment venture fund founded in 2012 by Endeavor, the global entrepreneurship network. It invests only in companies led by Endeavor Entrepreneurs, from Series A through growth rounds and across sectors including fintech, software, commerce and healthcare. It does not lead rounds, set terms or take board seats; it co-invests alongside lead investors such as Sequoia, Accel, General Atlantic and NEA, and its returns help sustain Endeavor's operations. Over five funds, including a Fund V of more than $325M raised in 2026, it has made more than 400 investments in over 35 markets, among them Brex, Bitso, Cabify, Bending Spoons, ADDI, Blueground and Altruist.
