PPaack
Paack is a Barcelona-founded (2015) last-mile and mid-mile delivery platform for e-commerce and retail, offering scheduled, next-day and same-day parcel delivery with customer-chosen time slots, powered by proprietary routing software and automated sorting hubs; clients have included MANGO, Decathlon and Zara-scale retailers across Spain, Portugal, France and the UK. It raised roughly $383M across 13 rounds, peaking with a €200M/$225M Series D led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2 in January 2022, before hitting a cash crisis that forced shareholder rescue injections and the sale of its French unit. Paack is no longer an independent startup — Colis Privé (a CEVA Logistics subsidiary) completed the acquisition of Paack Iberia and Paack France in early August 2026, absorbing ~490 employees, 82 Iberian facilities and 5,000+ pickup points, in a deal reported above €100M.
