iF Returns (formerly iF Lastmile) is a Madrid-based reverse-logistics and returns-management platform for e-commerce retailers, turning returns into exchanges and new sales via proprietary AI plus a network of 200,000+ drop-off points across Europe. It handles the full returns flow — returns portal, instant refunds, label generation, grading and traceability, analytics — and routes returned goods back to sale (including re-commerce and recycling) in under 48 hours. Founded in Madrid in 2020 as a same-day delivery/returns startup, it pivoted and rebranded to iF Returns, raising ~€4.5M across a €1.5M round (Nov 2021, led by K Fund and Lanai) and a €3M round (Nov 2022, led by Kanoar Ventures).
