Kanguro

Kanguro is an AI-driven out-of-home (OOH) last-mile logistics operator that runs a carrier-agnostic network of convenience pickup/drop-off points (PUDOs), letting couriers divert e-commerce parcels from home delivery to nearby shops and lockers. Founded in 2021 in Barcelona and headquartered in Sant Cugat del Vallès, it has built a network of several thousand active points across Spain and expanded into Portugal, France and Germany, claiming ~35% cost reduction and diversion rates far above the industry average, with AI agents used to recruit and manage network partners. It has raised roughly €3.2M to date (a €1.2M round in 2022 and a €2M round announced in January/February 2025). Its legal entity is Kanguro Delivery S.L.
