Barcelona-based sustainable e-commerce last-mile delivery company Paack closed a €45M round structured as €30M of equity led by French fund InfraVia Growth plus €15M of debt from BBVA (via BBVA Spark), which also provided working-capital lines. The deal takes Paack's total raised since 2016 to around €300M; BBVA issued its own release on the €15M debt tranche later in September.
