Qida (legally Caring Well, S.L.) is a Spanish tech-enabled home care company that matches families with vetted caregivers for elderly, dependent and chronically ill people, offering everything from hourly visits to 24-hour live-in care plus physiotherapy and hospital accompaniment. It combines a caregiver marketplace with a clinical platform for proactive, preventive monitoring, serving both private clients (B2C) and public administrations, insurers and banks (B2B/B2B2C). In November 2025 it raised €37M led by Quadrille Capital — the largest eldercare and social-impact round ever closed in Spain — and is a B Corp targeting 100,000 people served and €100M revenue by 2027, having acquired nine smaller care providers in three years.
