Nivimu is a Murcia-based developer of cloud HR management software for companies with large, high-turnover and shift-based workforces, mainly in hospitality, retail and services. Its single platform covers shift scheduling, time tracking, personnel administration, payroll integration, recruitment, training, internal communication and e-signatures, with analytics on workforce data, and it is sold to companies as software. Customers include Vincci Hotels, Sirenis Hotels, SPAR, Isla Mágica and IKEA. The company was founded in Ibiza in 2019 as Nominapress, renamed Nivimu in 2020, and took part in Lanzadera's growth programme. It raised money from friends and family, business angels and the Vincle Capital investor club before the French software group Septeo acquired it in November 2024.
