Valeria (Valeria HR) is a Barcelona-based AI-powered payroll and workforce operations platform for companies with high staff turnover — hospitality, retail, restaurants, distribution and logistics. It automates onboarding, digital contracts, Social Security filings, payroll processing and Spanish labour-law compliance, largely through a WhatsApp-based assistant, and claims to work with 100+ companies and around 25,000 professionals. In February 2026 it raised roughly $2M (~€1.7M) led by VentureFriends with Fortino Capital and 10K Ventures.
