CoverManager is a Seville-based hospitality technology company that builds SaaS software for restaurants to manage reservations, revenue and guest loyalty. Its platform brings online and offline booking channels into a single dashboard, automates bookings and table allocation, and gives restaurants direct guest relationships without relying on one sales channel. By early 2025 it served about 17,000 customers in 40 countries, including around 400 Michelin-starred restaurants and 12 of the World's 50 Best Restaurants. It had also expanded into Italy, Portugal, Greece, Latin America and the DACH region, the last through its acquisition of Germany's Seatris. José Antonio Pérez Moral and Carlos Pérez Fernández founded the company in 2015, and it grew profitably past €10M ARR before taking outside capital. In 2022 it raised a €52M Series A: €35M from Spanish investors including Félix Ruiz and FJ Labs, then a €17M extension from GP Bullhound. In 2025 PSG Equity acquired CoverManager and merged it with the French company Zenchef to form a European restaurant-reservations group serving around 36,000 venues.
