Seville-based CoverManager, whose restaurant reservation and table-management SaaS is used by more than 6,000 restaurants in 25 countries including over 100 Michelin venues, raised €35 million at a reported €150 million valuation. No lead was disclosed — the money came from a group of Spanish angels (Félix Ruiz, Paco Ávila, Javier Gutiérrez and Fernando Martínez) who took roughly 25%; a further €17 million from GP Bullhound in December 2022 later took the Series A to €52 million.
