RepScan is a Barcelona-based legaltech company that finds and legally removes harmful online content — defamatory news articles, leaked photos and videos, fake reviews, fake profiles and exposed personal data — for individuals and businesses, combining AI-driven monitoring with a legal enforcement team. Founded in 2021 by the team behind Red Points, it operates from Barcelona with satellite presence in the US, Dominican Republic and Thailand, and claims 100,000+ pieces of content removed for 12,800+ clients in 65 countries. It raised a €3M Series A in February 2025 (Swanlaab, Bonsai, Pinama Capital 23, Boyser) and a further €3.5M in January 2026 partly syndicated via Startupxplore. Co-founder Alejandro Castellano (ex-CMO) has left to start Maite.ai.
