The Sampling Solutions (TSS) is a Catalan startup that plans, executes and digitises sample taking, inspections and audits for laboratories and industry, positioning itself as Spain's first ISO 17025-accredited sampling laboratory. It runs a network of 300+ field samplers across Spain and digitises the pre-analytical process through its TSS/FIMS app, coding samples with QR codes for environmental, agri-food, water and hospital clients. Founded in late 2019/January 2020 in Barcelona, it has raised roughly €1.5M across small rounds including two equity-crowdfunding raises, and has run the CDTI-backed BIONIR R&D project on real-time pathogen identification. It is headquartered in Catalonia (Barcelona / Constantí, Tarragona) and operates commercially in Madrid.
