Seqera builds software for scientific data pipelines and workflow orchestration, centered on the open-source Nextflow engine it created, letting genomics, biotech and pharma teams run compute-intensive analyses across cloud and on-prem infrastructure. Founded in 2018 as a spin-off of Barcelona's Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG), it has raised through a Series B ($26M, 2025) with prior seed and Series A rounds. Its commercial platform (Seqera Platform, formerly Tower) adds monitoring, collaboration and enterprise features on top of Nextflow.
