TECNIC Bioprocess Solutions is a Riudarenes (Girona)-based manufacturer of bioprocess equipment for biopharmaceutical companies and research organisations producing biomolecules such as monoclonal antibodies, vaccines, recombinant proteins and cell and gene therapies. It designs and builds bioreactors, tangential flow filtration and perfusion systems, and control software that scale from the laboratory to industrial production, and it pairs equipment sales with recurring single-use consumables such as bags and flowkits. Founded in 2011 by Manel Moyano Cudinach, the company reported revenue above €20 million in 2024 with more than 90% generated internationally through 24 distributors across Europe, Asia and the Middle East, and it works with customers including the Serum Institute of India. In 2022 ICF Capital Expansió II invested €2.5 million in equity to expand its production and R&D facilities and support international growth, following earlier backing from Keiretsu Forum, and in 2025 the company turned down an acquisition offer valued at more than €100 million.
