Top Doctors is a Spanish healthtech company that runs an online platform where patients find, review and book consultations (in person or by telemedicine) with vetted private-healthcare specialists, and which sells subscription-based digital tools — booking, EMR/practice software, marketing and telehealth — to doctors and clinics. Founded in Barcelona in 2013 by Alberto E. Porciani and Lorena Bassas, it operates in roughly 8-10 countries across Europe and Latin America with over 100,000 validated specialists, and raised a $13M (€11.2M) Series B in October 2021 led by Impact Partners and ICF Venture Tech II, plus €8M of non-dilutive growth financing in 2023. Revenue reached about €22.5M in 2023; in early 2026 press reported its investors hired Stifel to explore a sale of a majority stake. It serves the Spanish market nationally.
