Therapyside, formerly TherapyChat, is a Madrid-based online psychology platform that connects people with licensed psychologists for therapy by video call, on the web and in a mobile app. It serves individuals and companies in Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom, with therapy in Spanish, English and Italian and a network of more than 1,000 registered psychologists. Alessandro De Sario and Alejandro Ponce founded the company in 2016, and it rebranded from TherapyChat to Therapyside in 2023. It has raised about €14.5M in total: a €3M seed round from NextChance Invest, a €5M Series A in 2021 led by NextChance, and a €6.5M extension in 2022 led by NextChance with Mediaset España (through Ad4ventures) and Mediaset Italia.
