Ad4Ventures
Ad4Ventures is the corporate venture arm of the Mediaset group (MFE-MediaForEurope), founded in 2013 by Mediaset Italia and Mediaset España, with offices in Milan and Madrid. It invests through a media-for-equity model: instead of cash, it gives multiplatform advertising in Italy and Spain (TV, radio, digital, out-of-home) in exchange for equity. It targets B2C, B2B2C and direct-to-consumer companies from pre-Series A to growth stage that have double-digit growth potential. Its portfolio of around 30 companies includes Westwing, CornerJob, Wimdu, Deporvillage, TaxDown, Satispay, Byhours, Hundred Rooms and Therapyside.
