Founded in 2020 by ex-TravelPerk and ex-Typeform/Hotjar operators, it sells to tech and scale-up employers such as Remote, DeepL, Leapsome, Scopely and Sifted, and has raised roughly €13M across pre-seed, seed and a €5M Series A led by Molten Ventures (June 2023). It is dual-based in London and Barcelona and runs a distributed network of 250+ therapists and coaches.
