PPerk
Perk (formerly TravelPerk, rebranded November 2025) is an AI-native business travel and spend management platform that combines flight/hotel/rail booking, expense management, corporate cards, invoices and events in one system for SMB and mid-market companies. Founded in Barcelona in 2015 by ex-Booking.com operators, it became a unicorn in 2022 and in January 2025 raised a $200M Series E at a $2.7B valuation (co-led by Atomico and EQT Growth) while acquiring Swiss spend-management company Yokoy; it had earlier acquired Click Travel, NexTravel and AmTrav. It now has 1,800+ employees across ~12 offices; since the November 2025 rebrand it lists dual headquarters in London and Boston, though Barcelona remains its largest hub and product/engineering base.
