Business travel management platform TravelPerk raised a $200M (c. €190M) Series E led by Atomico alongside EQT Growth, with Noteus Partners and existing investors Kinnevik and General Catalyst, nearly doubling its valuation to $2.7B. It simultaneously announced the acquisition of Swiss expense-management startup Yokoy for an undisclosed nine-figure sum.
