Permisso (formerly Bankflip, legal entity Beyond the Scope, S.L.) is a Barcelona-based fintech that lets financial institutions collect consumer-permissioned data in real time by connecting, with express user consent, to Spanish public authorities such as AEAT, TGSS and Banco de España, plus AI document and payslip processing. Its products (OpenAdmin, PayslipAI, Docs AI, IDV, MagicLinks) automate underwriting, onboarding and verification for credit, mortgage, banking and insurance providers, with clients including Abanca, Bankinter, Binance, Idealista and Iberia Cards. It raised a €2.6M seed round in January 2024 led by JME Ventures and signed a partnership with Minsait (Indra) in September 2025.
