Mission (rebranded from Demium in January 2026) is a founder-led, early-stage venture capital firm based in Madrid backing exceptional founders from day one, typically as their first institutional investor. Originally founded in Valencia in 2013 as a talent-investment incubator, it shifted to a direct equity model in 2023 and now runs a dedicated pre-seed fund targeting ~80 Spanish startups; notable portfolio companies include Voicemod, Landbot, Citibox, Singularu and Swipcar.
