Tuvalum is a Spanish online marketplace and re-commerce platform for certified pre-owned and refurbished bicycles, buying bikes from individuals and professionals, reconditioning them in its own 'Tuvalum Lab' and reselling them with a 1-year warranty. Founded in Valencia in 2015 by Alejandro Pons and Ismael Labrador, it operates across Spain, France, Italy, Germany and Portugal in the circular-economy/sustainable-mobility space. It raised a €3M Series A in November 2022 led by Demium and Athos Capital, complemented by debt from the Institut Valencià de Finances, ENISA and Banco Sabadell for a total of ~€5M.
