Founded in 2021 out of a Salesforce/cloud consultancy serving Spanish utilities (Calibre 360), it is a seed-stage energytech/enterprise-software firm with offices in Madrid and Barcelona and roughly 15-20 staff. It raised a €1.3M seed round in October 2024 co-led by Demium and Bynd Venture Capital with Akka and business angels, reported ~300% year-on-year growth and around 17 clients including brands from the Repsol group and MasOrange.
