Plesh's first funding round, ~€1M, was closed in late 2024 and made public in April 2025 alongside the brand's market launch; proceeds went to communication, marketing, distribution and team building in Spain ahead of international expansion. No lead investor was named: backers include the pre-seed vehicles Demium and Banco Sabadell's BStartup 10, the Boix family behind Noel Alimentación, athletes Gerard Piqué, Marc Gasol and Rudy Fernández, and unnamed founders of Incapto, Matcha & Co and Grup Confiteria. As of mid-2025 the company said it expected to close a second round between Q4 2025 and early 2026, but no such round has been announced.
