Valencia mortgage reverse-auction marketplace Colibid closed a €400,000 seed round with follow-on from Demium Capital and business angel Andreas Mihalovits, new investor OK Ventures (the VC arm of OK Group) and private investors via the Startupxplore platform; no lead was designated. Alongside the round the company launched Extracto.io, an AI-powered document SaaS.
