OK Ventures is the Palma-based corporate venture capital arm of OK Group, the family-owned business group founded in 2004 by entrepreneur Othman Ktiri. It launched in 2021 and invests off the group's balance sheet. It backs seed and early-stage Spanish start-ups that already have at least six months of operating metrics, and it also advises their founders. It is sector-agnostic, with a focus on differentiated, transformative business models that have a positive social impact. Its portfolio of around 18 companies includes Mundimoto, Cafler, Hamelyn, Nomade Nation, Colibid, Incapto, Laminar Pharma, Recomotor and Motoreto.
