The Balearic clinical-stage biotech, which develops synthetic-lipid drugs and is running trials of LAM561 against glioblastoma, closed a capital increase of more than €8.8M headed by David Devesa's Alicante family office Dentol Capital (over €4M) with OK Ventures and more than 500 individual investors. The round opened in March and closed on 30 September; it takes Laminar's cumulative funding to about €34M, and no venture stage was attached to it.
