Rauda AI
Rauda AI is a Madrid-based startup building AI agents that automate customer support across chat, voice, email and WhatsApp, with an orchestration product and a quality-evaluation module that integrate into CRMs and helpdesks like Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot and Intercom. Founded in 2024 by two repeat founders who met at BBVA, it is EU-hosted and serves insurance, healthcare, retail, travel and digital-services clients including Mutua Madrileña, UCI and Job&Talent. In September 2025 it raised a €2.4M seed round led by JME Ventures, taking total funding to about €3.3M, and has grown from 4 to roughly 20 employees.
