FFides Capital
Fides Capital is a Madrid-based venture capital firm founded in 1999. It is the unlisted-company investment arm of the private investment group Perennius. It backs Spanish technology companies with experienced teams, a product already on the market, recurring revenue and a scalable B2B model, across sectors such as B2B software, health and medtech, fintech, mobility and logistics, telecom and edtech. It invests about €50,000–500,000 per company, paid out in stages as milestones are met, and usually co-invests alongside a lead investor. Its portfolio includes Atrys Health, Indexa Capital, Devengo, Nuubo, Kymatio and Star Robotics, and its exits include MásMóvil, Agile Content, Imegen, Orbital Ads and Noysi.
