Indexa Capital announced a €1M capital increase subscribed by its existing shareholders, on top of the €1M the company was incorporated with in December 2015, to accelerate client acquisition and launch indexed pension plans (it managed ~€16M for 1,000+ clients at the time). No lead was named. The company later completed a third capital increase that took total money raised to €2.6M (later described as ~€3.5M of total investment, including new partners such as Manuel Conthe and Ander Michelena and Jon Uriarte of All Iron Ventures); its date and amount were never publicly disclosed, and its 2023 BME Growth debut at a €150M valuation was a direct listing with no new shares issued.
