Desfase, a Madrid delivery-only restaurant group using a smoke-free industrial cooking model that it says cuts capex by around 60%, closed a €1.8M round covered by The Valley VC, Fides Capital, SEGO Venture and business angels, with no single lead named. SEGO Venture raised over €500,000 of the total through equity crowdfunding in under 48 hours; the company billed close to €1.5M in 2022.
