Enertika raised a €5M Series A capital increase led by Caixa Capital Risc through Caixa Innvierte Industria. ICF joined through its Capital Expansió fund with about €1.5M, and both took minority stakes to fund international growth. Around the same time, SUSI Partners agreed to co-invest €15M of equity in Enertika's individual project companies, not in Enertika itself; press reported the two together as a €20M total.
