Wallbox completed an approximately €11.8M equity raise as the final step of its court-sanctioned financial restructuring, made up of the previously announced €10.65M equity financing plus about €1.1M from capitalising OID and PIK interest accrued under the April 2026 bridge loan; participants were Wallbox's reference shareholders together with a €5M investment by the Generalitat de Catalunya through IFEM. Separately and concurrently, new shareholder FOCUS ON NEXT FRONTIER (Rafael Ruiz's investment vehicle) closed a €4M private placement on 1 July 2026, taking new equity to about €15.8M; this completes the €22.5M package agreed on 1 December 2025 alongside the €170M bank debt refinancing, and the €11M April 2026 interim/bridge financing (€5.65M shareholder bridge loan plus €5.35M from banks) was repaid by set-off against these subscriptions.
